The Aria Vetri APT34 Wall-Mounted Transom Patch works to support a transom from a side jamb. It comes with a AI300 pivot Insert for mounting the door with the Top Door Patch Fittings. This transom patch is very versatile as it can also be used with a Link Hardware AI306 Insert to create an overhead door stop.
