The buyer agrees to accept all deliveries with the clear understanding that our liability does not exceed the invoice value of the items shipped.
Guarantees and Warranties
Aria Vetri LLC has a policy of carrying quality merchandise from responsible manufacturers. These manufacturers supply their own guarantees and warranties and generally do not allow distributors to make adjustments or replacements, or to accept for return or exchange any defective or unsatisfactory item without written permission. Please know that if you have any questions about the warranty or guarantee of any product, we are here to provide you with the necessary information and assistance.
Limitation of Warranties
Our products and materials are sold subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our publications. We understand that certain finishes, such as Oil-Rubbed Bronze, are designed to change over time and may rub off or change appearance with normal use. We want you to feel informed that appearance changes for living finishes are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by this warranty.
It is important for us that you, as the end user, are able to determine the suitability of the Aria Vetri product for each intended use. We trust that you will make the best decision based on your needs and requirements. Please understand that you assume all risks and liability in connection with the use, or inability to use, of the product.
To ensure your satisfaction, Aria Vetri is committed to replacing or refunding the purchase price of any material or product proven to be defective in material or quality within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt. We want you to feel reassured that no salesperson, agent, employee, or representative of Aria Vetri has any authority to enlarge or change the warranty terms. We also want to express our understanding that Aria Vetri shall not be responsible for any special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or loss, including, without limitation, loss of profits or revenues, economic losses, and loss of use. There are no other agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties, express or implied (including any regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), not specified herein.
General Hardware Warranty:
The warranty information below contains details about the length of warranty for Commercial and Shower hardware as well as information about the rights, obligations, limitations, and exclusions that apply to Aria Vetri products.
All products sold are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the period(s) listed below. These warranties are extended only to Seller's distributors of products and the first user who purchases products for purposes other than resale (collectively, "Buyer"). It is crucial for the Buyer to determine the suitability of the Aria Vetri product or material for each intended use, and Buyer shall assume all risks and liability in connection with the use, or inability to use the product or material. In addition, the Buyer agrees to accept all shipment with the understating that Aria Vetri's liability does not exceed the invoice value of the merchandise shipped.
Any representations, warranties or promises inconsistent with, or in addition to, the warranties contained herein are unauthorized and shall not be binding upon Aria Vetri. No salesperson, agent, employee, or representative of Aria Vetri has any authority to extend or change the terms of this warranty. All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Aria Vetri prior to Aria Vetri providing a resolution for the warranty claim.
This Warranty is exclusive, and Aria Vetri makes no other warranty, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Aria Vetri be liable under any legal theory (including but not limited to contract, negligence, strict liability in tort, or Warranty of any kind) for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to lost profits).
Aria Vetri has no control over the conditions under which its products are used. It specifically does not warranty the adequacy or sufficiency of any advice or recommendations given to Buyer. Furthermore, Aria Vetri shall not be bound by the terms of any agreements between a Buyer and third parties.
Warranty Period:
Unless specified otherwise, general warranty period for the products is:
- Commercial 2 years
- Shower 3 years
Shower Door Hardware Warranty:
Aria Vetri warrants that for three (3) years following the date of invoice to Buyer, shower door hinges against material defects and defects in quality. All other Shower Door Hardware is warranted for one (1) year following the invoice date.
This Warranty will only apply if, after inspection by Aria Vetri, it is determined that the provided Shower Door Hardware has been installed and maintained in a way that complies with the guidelines and instructions set forth by Aria Vetri for proper maintenance and installation.
The sole obligation of Aria Vetri under this Warranty is to ensure your satisfaction. This is limited to either a refund of the purchase price or the provision of a replacement of the shower door hardware within the warranty period. The refund or replacement shall constitute the limit of Aria Vetri's liability and obligation for any material defect or defect in workmanship in the Shower Door Hardware. No other remedies are available.
Silicone Sealant Warranty:
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:
This product is guaranteed to perform satisfactorily when used as directed on the label. Aria Vetri LLC's liability is limited to either a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement of the product if it is found to be defective. Aria Vetri is not liable for any loss or damage, be it direct, consequential, or incidental. No other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided. Aria Vetri expressly denies all warranties, both express and implied, regarding this product, its merchantability, or its suitability for any particular purpose.
LIMITATIONS:
All recommendations, directions, and suggestions for the use of this product are based on our testing and research across various applications. However, we make no promises, guarantees, or warranties concerning its use, whether in accordance with the directions or its effectiveness for any specific application. Users should employ this product in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations. It is advised that users conduct their own field tests to verify results.
CONDITIONS:
The remedies provided by this Warranty will apply only under the conditions specified herein:
- The product is installed and maintained in accordance with the product’s most recent Technical Data Sheet and any other instructions, guidelines and data published by Aria Vetri regarding the product. Technical Data Sheet can be obtained at AS300CL Clear Silicone – Aria Vetri Glazing Hardware Supply.
- The product must be used within the shelf life specified in the most recent Technical Data Sheet for the product and stored in accordance with the instructions in the Technical Data Sheet.
- In the event the product is alleged not to be as warranted, you must give us an opportunity to inspect the installation, and to take samples of materials used in the installation, before you engage in any repair or replacement work
