BLT1 Baltimore Single Sliding Door Kit with SoftBrake
Engineered for demanding residential and commercial applications, the Baltimore Heavy-Duty Frameless Glass Sliding Door System supports glass panels weighing up to 240 lbs. Ball-bearing rollers deliver smooth, quiet operation, while innovative anti-derailment clamp technology improves safety and increases traction for dependable performance.
The integrated SoftBrake® dual-action damping system provides controlled soft closing in both directions and can be installed, adjusted, or removed even after installation. Soft-close activation requires a minimum panel width of only 23-5/8", making it ideal for a wide range of openings.
Designed for maximum versatility, the same hardware kit can be configured as either a single sliding door or a single sliding door with fixed sidelites, eliminating the need for additional hardware kits. Installation options include both wall-mount and ceiling-mount applications.
The rollers provide up to 1/8" (3 mm) of vertical adjustment for precise door alignment, while all adjustments are conveniently made from the front for faster installation and easier service.
A gasket-glazed snap-lock bottom channel securely holds fixed glass panels in place without silicone. Unlike traditional silicone-glazed U-channels, glass panels can be easily adjusted or replaced, significantly reducing installation time and future maintenance.
Available in Matte Black Lacquered and Silver Anodized, the Baltimore system offers a clean architectural appearance with exceptional performance.
